We are investigating an ongoing incident in which new (created after September 24) Napkin accounts are unable to invoke their functions.

From September 25-26 there were intermittent function outages related to a backend change that was deployed around September 25 00:00 UTC. The change was in preparation for an upcoming feature and was intended to be invisible to users. The majority of function outages were resolved by end of day September 25, with remaining lesser-impact issues being resolved September 26.

We appreciate everyone's patience as we continue to develop Napkin - this was a good learning experience for us in how to test and prepare for large-scale backend changes :)
